Learning to stand effortlessly with the Iron Shirt Chi Kung system changes your experience of life. By building a firm structure into which you can relax and let go your body opens, energy flows and a sense of trust emerges, this changes the way you experience your yourself, others and the world around you.
All that we learned in the Iron Shirt standing is brought into movement as you learn to move with improved posture during the Tai Chi Chi Kung form. The 13 move form contains all of the essential moves of Tai Chi, we repeat the form working with the energy of the 4 directions and balance the left & right hemispheres of the brain by doing the form on both sides. This is a great moving meditation practice and becomes the forum for the integration of the learning in the other parts of the system. Taking only 7 mins to complete it will help maintain your physical health and fitness as well as cultivate emotional balance and clarity of mind.
