Course Desription
First you will learn to stand effortlessly with the Iron Shirt Chi Kung system. Using a series of postures and breathing exercises you will cultivate structural strength, grounding and the feeling of being centred. Then we work with the energy to pack and protect the organs with chi and open the structure of the body. During the course you learn about the different meridians and how they support the structure and there relationship with your emotions.
All that we learned in the Iron Shirt standing is brought into movement as you learn to move with improved posture during the Tai Chi Chi Kung form. The 13 move form contains all of the essential moves of Tai Chi, we repeat the form in the 4 directions and balance the left & right hemispheres of the brain by doing the form on both sides. This is a great moving meditation practice and becomes the forum for integration of learns in the other parts of the system. The form takes just 7 mins to do and will help maintain your physical health and fitness as well as emotional balance and clarity of mind.
