What is Chi nei tsang self massage?
The techniques of Chi Nei Tsang evolved in Asia during an era when few physicians were available and people had to know how to heal themselves. Even today many people have symptoms that modern medicine is not able to cure because a physical source for the problem can’t be found. So more and more, just like in the past, we are having to rely on restoring and activating our own healing mechanisms.
Early Taoists noticed that the energies of negative emotions, stress, and tension – all common in modern life – and the weight of past illness accumulate in the abdominal center, causing energy blockages and congestion. When this occurs, all vital functions stagnate and problems arise. Chi Nei Tsang is a method of internal organ detoxification that developed from these insights.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel if you prefer not to lie on the venue floor which is carpeted. And it is best to wear loose fitting clothes.
