The first step in self-health care

The wisdom of the ancient Taoists knew no bounds. The Healing Tao, brought to the West by Grand Master Mantak Chia, reveals their complete system of health, well-being and healing. A powerful aspect of the system is Chi Nei Tsang – a form of abdominal massage that acts directly on the vital organs to free blockages, release emotion and enable chi to flow freely and heal the body and mind.

This October, a new course of Chi Nei Tsang I is starting. If you’re already familiar with it, come along to refresh your skills and use it towards your qualification. If you’re new to Chi Nei Tsang, you’ll discover a powerful tool for self-healing, health maintenance and the healing of others.

The course covers how to:

  • Relax the mind and body, relieving worry, stress and anxiety
  • Unravel tensions in the intestines and organs
  • Help the body expel accumulated toxins from food, drugs and the environment
  • Restore energy flow – promoting natural healing and breathing
Relieve aches, pains and digestive dysfunction

The four-day course will be held over two weekends. This enables you to assimilate and deepen your knowledge with practice in between sessions. Questions that may arise during this time will also be answered over the second weekend.
