The Universal Healing Tao is a practical system designed to improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Based on ancient Taoist practices, it was brought to the West by Mantak Chia.
We offer workshops, classes and 1:1 tuition in the Universal Healing Tao system – Qigong, meditation, Tai chi, Tao Yin and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage.
Tao Yoga also organises Taoist Grand Master Mantak Chia’s visits to Europe.
World Famous Grand Master Mantak Chia will return to London in October 2018 to teach the Healing Tao system. Over six days, Master Chia will share the wisdom and practices he’s been refining and teaching worldwide for the last 40 years.
Join us for a taster day on Friday 5th October and experience how good the Tao can make you feel. There will be introductory classes, demos, and talks on the Basic Practices, Healing Love, Tai Chi, Taoist astrology and more.

Chi Nei Tsang is a powerful hands-on healing technique that balances the five major systems of the body:
Vascular, Lymphatic, Nervous, Muscular and Energy(Chi).
All these systems are connected to the abdominal centre, where unreleased stress and tension may cause obstructions. Through simple manipulations, we can release physical, emotional, and mental resistance that can cause illness.

Massage is the oldest form of healing and a natural instinct in most people. Over thousands of years, Chinese sages have been using, exploring and passing on the most effective techniques in this form of self healing. Chinese medicine is fundamentally about the flow of chi in the body and an easy way to influence the Chi is by self massage. By combining massage techniques with energy stimulation, direction and transformation techniques you create a very powerful healing system.
Next opportunity to learn Chi Nei Tsang Self-Massage is at the Healing Tao class with Chi Nei Tsang Self-Massage on the 24th September 2017.

You absorb energy from the earth, nature and the universe and pack the chi into the organs, connective tissues and bones. Your body opens and relaxes as the internal energy builds and bones, tendons and joints are strengthened.
